Canada Hibernia Holding Corporation (CHHC) is a Crown corporation and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canada Development Investment Corporation (CDIC). The Corporation was established under the Canada Business Corporations Act, to invest in and manage Canada's working interest ownership and investment in the Hibernia Development Project. La Société de gestion Canada Hibernia (SGCH) est une société d'État et une filiale en propriété exclusive de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada (CDIC).
