Chief Review Services conducted an evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the Canadian Forces Contractor Augmentation Program (CANCAP) in meeting its stated objectives, and to identify opportunities to improve program flexibility, responsiveness and performance. CANCAP is a pre-facilitated contract with a single commercial contractor to provide a broad range of support services (e.g., supply, transportation, food services, engineering, communications and information systems) on demand to Canadian Forces (CF) units deployed overseas.
