The Canadian Health Network (CHN) is a nationally funded Internet-based service designed to improve access to trustworthy health information. The CHN includes the participation of federal, provincial and territorial governments, voluntary and non-governmental organizations and universities. While Health Canada has taken a leadership role in establishing the CHN, the ultimate success of CHN depends on many groups working together. Le Réseau canadien de la santé (RCS) est un service national subventionné d'information sur Internet qui vise à favoriser l'accès à une information fiable sur la santé. Le Réseau réunit la participation des gouvernements fédéral, provinciaux et territoriaux, de groupements de bénévoles, d'organismes non gouvernementaux et d'universités.
