NRCan, working with its partners, will produce a Canadian Home Energy Efficiency Rating System that will offer builders, renovators and home buyers and vendors a reliable tool to assess the energy performance of a house. The system will support a computerized analysis of a house and operate the house. En collaboration avec ses partenaires, RNCan mettra au point un Système d'évaluation de l'efficacité énergétique des maisons au Canada. Ce système deviendra un outil fiable permettant aux constructeurs, aux rénovateurs, aux acheteurs et aux vendeurs de maisons d'évaluer l'efficacité énergétique d'une maison particulière. Le système sera assorti d'une analyse informatique d'une maison et produira une évaluation comparative fondée sur le montant qui doit être dépensé au chapitre de l'énergie en vue d'y habiter.
