The Joint Career Transition Committee (JCTC) is a joint union management initiative dedicated to facilitating human resources and labour relations culture change through the development of innovative products and services to integrate learning, mobility, employability and career progression of people employed in the federal Public Service. The JCTC seeks to strengthen co-development and horizontal relationships by encouraging labour management dialogue across regions, departments and agencies. Le Comité conjoint de transition de carrière (CCTC) est une initiative syndicale-patronale conjointe visant à faciliter un changement de culture en matière de ressources humaines et de relations de travail grâce à l'élaboration de produits et services novateurs afin d'intégrer l'apprentissage, la mobilité, l'employabilité et le cheminement professionnel des personnes œuvrant à la fonction publique fédérale. Le CCTC vise à renforcer le coperfectionnement et les relations horizontales en encourageant un dialogue patronal-syndical entre les régions, les ministères et les organismes.
