The New Brunswick Multicultural Council Inc (NBMC) based in Fredricton, is the umbrella organization for all multicultural associations in the province. For twenty years NBMC has been the provincial voice on diversity, globalization and openness to the world. One of its key objectives is to demonstrate leadership in helping make New Brunswick the province of choice for its residents and people from other provinces and countries. Its programs are focused on enhancing the economic, social and culture value of diversity. These programmes benefit individual communities and the province at large.

The New Brunswick Weather Centre (NBWC) is located in a downtown Fredericton setting, alongside the scenic Saint John River. The staff of ten shift workers and three day workers deliver a wide variety of weather related and air quality information to its clientele. Being the only bilingual Weather Centre in Atlantic Canada, the NBWC is also responsible for the dissemination of French weather information to all four Atlantic provinces. In addition to one-on-one phone consultations, nearly 20 French and English live radio broadcasts are made every day with National and Regional radio stations.

Le Centre météorologique du Nouveau-Brunswick (CMNB) est situé au centre-ville de Fredericton, au bord du pittoresque fleuve Saint-Jean. Son personnel - 10 travailleurs de quarts et trois travailleurs de jour - fournit à la clientèle diverses informations sur les conditions météorologiques et la qualité de l'air. Seul centre météorologique bilingue de la région de l'Atlantique, le CMNB est chargé de la diffusion d'informations météorologiques en français dans les quatre provinces de l'Atlantique. Outre des consultations téléphoniques individuelles, le centre émet près de 20 bulletins météorologiques par jour sur les ondes de stations radio nationales et régionales, en anglais et en français.
