Pour tout dépassement de l'allocation de plie grise à la senne danoise par flotte, un rapprochement sera effectué à partir du quota non capturé des allocations de plie grise de la flotte à engins mobiles en se fondant sur la flotte à engins mobiles des sous-divisions 3Ps et 3Pn et la flotte à engins fixes de la sous-division 3Ps. Si le quota non capturé lié à ces allocations est insuffisant pour compenser ce dépassement de l'allocation pour la plie grise à la senne danoise, un rapprochement sera effectué à partir de l'allocation de l'année suivante.
