Client Service Units (CSUs) are the public face of Real Property Services. CSU directors with help from subject matter experts serve client departments and agencies and are the point of contact for clients. Each CSU has a unique relationship with each of its clients: offering a complete real property services program or contributing to specific projects, as required. CSUs also have employees that manage the financial and administrative aspects of client projects.

Les unités de service à la clientèle (USC) représentent le volet public des Services immobiliers. Les directeurs d'USC, avec l'aide d'experts-conseils, offrent des services aux ministères et aux organismes et sont le seul point de contact pour les clients. Les USC entretiennent des relations uniques avec leurs clients. En effet, elles leur offrent un programme complet de services immobiliers et leur prêtent un soutien dans le cadre de projets précis, selon les besoins. Elles font également appel à des employés qui gèrent les aspects financiers et administratifs des projets entrepris par des clients.
