La notion de droit des affaires. Ce que nous appelons DIA (droit international des affaires) n'est pas toujours ainsi dénommé : les ouvrages français les plus récents l'intitulent "droit du commerce international" (Loussouarn et Bredin) ou "droit international commercial" (Juri-classeur de droit international, dirigé par Goldman). L'expression "DIA" nous semble plus adéquate. D'une part la composante "affaires" souligne qu'il s'agit de l'activité des firmes, à l'exclusion de l'action régulatrice des Etats. D'autre part, elle élimine toute référence, fût-elle de pure forme et de simple tradition universitaire, au droit commercial et à la commercialité.
