A means for conducting electricity from the generator of a medium-sized wind turbine to ground level through the use of extra-long conductors that are allowed to sag or hang down from the nacelle.

OBS

The sag or droop in the cables permits the nacelle to yaw several revolutions before the conductors become twisted.
