Semi-trailer having arched side rails behind the upper coupler, causing a drop in the chassis frame and a lowering of the floor without requiring wheelhousings for the running gear.

OBS

The single-drop frame semi-trailer can be body-mounted in the lowbed, platform or van style. The advantages of a single-drop frame semi-trailer are a lower center of gravity and a lower loading plane for the semi-trailer. The drop height may range from 50 to 75 cm (20 to 30 in.)
