L'EXAFS dispersif permet d'obtenir en une seule mesure la totalité d'un spectre EXAFS. L'utilisation de barrettes de photodiode comme détecteur permet d'utiliser le faisceau intense du rayonnement synchrotron et de réduire ainsi le temps de mesure.
