Ornaments, most usually spectacles and lorgnettes which are sometimes embellished.

CONT

The issuing State shall decide to what extent it permits facial ornaments to appear in stored (and displayed) portraits. In general, if such ornaments are permanently worn, they should appear in the stored image.

OBS

In English a difference is to be made between facial ornaments and ear ornaments.
