Founded in 1968, the Fédération acadienne de la Nouvelle-Écosse is a non-profit organization with a mission to promote the growth and global development of the Acadian and Francophone community of Nova Scotia. The Fédération acadienne is the official spokesperson of the Acadian and Francophone population of Nova Scotia. It coordinates co-operation and partnerships among its member organizations and offers programs and services that meet their needs.
