2, record 1, Spanish, - jurisprudencia

The term "decisional law" is often used to designate the solutions and principles derived from judicial decisions for the purposes of judicial decision-making. "Decisional law" is the opposite of "statute law," in other words, the rules of law enacted in legislation. Decisional law is present in both common law and civil law; however, in common law, decisional law may formally contain rules of law, whereas in civil law, that is not the case. 3, record 2, English, - decisional%20law

Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 OBS
3, record 2, French, - droit%20jurisprudentiel

The science of law, namely, that science which has for its function to ascertain the principles on which legal rules are based, so as not only to classify those rules in their proper order and show the relation in which they stand to one another, but also to settle the manner in which new or doubtful cases should be brought under the appropriate rules. "Jurisprudence" is also used, incorrectly, synonymously with "law". In Quebec it is used to refer to "case law", but this is a gallicism resulting from the Civil Code. 3, record 4, English, - jurisprudence

2, record 4, Spanish, - jurisprudencia
