One cement-prosthesis radiolucent line appeared later, leading to loosening and rupture of the implant. We deplore 3 stem twistings, of which only one led to implant rupture. Walking with support was possible at the 5th postoperative days.

Dans 1 cas, il est apparu à 3,5 ans postopératoire, sur la radio, un liseré prothèse-ciment qui s'est accompagné d'une rupture de la tige nécessitant une reprise chirurgicale. Nous n'avons trouvé aucune migration prothétique (mesure entre jonction tête-col et milieu du petit trochanter).
