The Migration Five (M5) is a forum comprising the immigration agencies of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The group has evolved from a consultative forum to an action-oriented body focused on collaboration on joint initiatives and information exchange to achieve improvements in security, service, and savings. With the addition of immigration ministers to the Five Country Ministerial (FCM) in 2016, the M5 is now considered a forum of the FCM. The M5 is supported by a permanent secretariat which is housed in and fully resourced by New Zealand.

Canada is represented in the M5 by both Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

[…] Ce groupe, qui avait au départ un rôle consultatif, est désormais un organisme axé sur l'action, qui met l'accent sur la collaboration dans le cadre d'initiatives conjointes et l'échange de renseignements afin d'accroître la sécurité, les services et les économies. Après l'ajout des ministres de l'immigration à la RMCN [Réunion des ministres des cinq nations] en 2016, le M5 est désormais considéré comme un forum de la RMCN. Le M5 est soutenu par un secrétariat permanent, qui est hébergé et entièrement financé par la Nouvelle-Zélande.

Le Canada est représenté au sein du M5 par IRCC [Immigration, Réfugiés et Citoyenneté Canada] et l'ASFC [Agence des services frontaliers du Canada].
