Cloud produced by spray from high waterfalls which virtually saturate the nearby air. The downdraughts caused by the falling water are often compensated by upward air currents in their vicinity, lifting the saturated air and forming above the waterfall a cloud resembling a Cumulus.

Nuage produit par les embruns des chutes de grande hauteur, qui saturent pratiquement l'air environnant. Les mouvements descendants de l'air provoqués par la chute de l'eau sont souvent compensés dans leur voisinage par des courants ascendants, qui entraînent avec eux l'air saturé et donnent ainsi naissance, au-dessus de la chute, à un nuage ayant l'aspect d'un Cumulus.

En aquellas cascadas que por su altura producen tal cantidad de agua pulverizada que llega a saturar el aire, las corrientes descendentes inducidas por la caída del agua están compensadas, con frecuencia, por corrientes ascendentes que hacen subir el aire saturado, formándose sobre la cascada una nube parecida a un Cumulus.
