A non-profit, non-partisan charitable organization committed to advancing the full social and economic integration of people of Chinese descent into the mainstream society in the Ottawa-Carleton Region. The agency is led by a voluntary board of eleven directors who are elected by members to a maximum term of three years. The day to day operation and program delivery are the responsibilities of the Executive Director.
