The Attikameks are also known for their bark containers. A distinction is made between the wigwamuti and the orâgann. The first has a characteristic shape, with an upper opening narrower than the bottom. Usually decorated, it has a number of uses - storing tools, clothing ... The orâgann is a container of much cruder construction, seldom decorated and consisting of only one piece of bark. It is used to collect birch and maple sap or gum from certain evergreens. It is also used for defrosting meat or storing fat.

Les Attikameks sont aussi reconnus pour la fabrication de récipients d'écorce. Parmi ceux-ci, on distingue le «wigwamuti» et «l'orâgann». Le premier se caractérise par sa forme présentant une ouverture supérieure plus étroite que le fond. Généralement décoré, ses usages sont multiples; il sert à ranger les outils, les vêtements, etc. [...] L'orâgann, pour sa part, est un contenant de facture beaucoup plus grossière, rarement décoré et composé d'une seule pièce d'écorce. On l'emploie pour cueillir la sève de l'érable ou du bouleau ou encore la résine de certains conifères. On l'utilise également pour dégeler des pièces de viande ou conserver de la graisse.
