Of the ministère de l'Immigration et des Communautés culturelles du Québec, (Immigration et Francisation). The Programme d'aide financière pour l'intégration linguistique des immigrants replaced these two programs : Programme d'assistance financière pour les stagiaires bénéficiant des services d'intégration linguistique (PAFSIL); and Programme d'allocations pour la francisation à temps partiel des immigrants (PAFTPI).

Le Programme d'aide financière pour l'intégration linguistique des immigrants (PAFILI) accorde une aide financière à l'étudiant admis au Programme d'intégration linguistique des immigrants (PILI) afin de l'aider à poursuivre sa formation linguistique à temps complet ou à temps partiel. Entrée en vigueur de ce programme, le 1er avril 2002. Il remplace et fusionne : le Programme d'assistance financière pour les stagiaires bénéficiant des services d'intégration linguistique (PAFSIL); et le Programme d'allocations pour la francisation à temps partiel des immigrants (PAFTPI).
