POLYMERE ANTIVAPORISATION [1 record]

Record 1 1985-09-06

English

Subject field(s)
  • Chemistry
  • Aircraft Propulsion Systems
CONT

Britain's ICI, which developed the mist-inhibiting Avgard polymer mixed with the test aircraft's fuel, told Interavia that there were indications that the downward component of the impact may have been greater than expected - the aircraft did not slide very far along the ground after impact and this may have contributed to the fire taking hold.

Domaine(s)
  • Chimie
  • Propulsion des aéronefs
CONT
