L'Actualité terminologique (2:8:4) déclare qu'il faut parler de "première pierre". en se fondant sur des textes qualifiés de "lumineux". Une chose en tout cas est lumineuse, c'est que les exemples cités s'appliquent tous à une cérémonie marquant le début des travaux de construction d'un immeuble.
