CONT

Owing to limited survey effort, walrus stocks are considered data poor with respect to the assessment of population status. [The department] has used the potential biological removal (PBR) method to develop advice about sustainable removals for marine mammals considered data poor. PBR refers to all human-caused mortality[,] so estimating a total allowable removal (TAR) provides the level of removals from all human-caused mortalities that should allow the population to maintain an optimal population size, or grow.

CONT

"The brand name is pretty important," he says. "If Kraft puts the Taco Bell items out there, people are buying them because of the name. It's something they recognize, something they are currently consuming. "However, the brand should not be the sole consideration. Taste, he notes, cannot take a secondary position." (The product) has to taste like what the consumer would expect to find in the restaurant. That's where most (restaurant-branded products) fall down.
