The Saskatchewan Dietitians Association (SDA) is the regulatory body for the approximately 370 Registered Dietitians in the province of Saskatchewan. The government of Saskatchewan has delegated the responsibility for regulating the practice of dietitians to SDA through the Dietitians Act. The Saskatchewan Dietitians Association regulates in the public's interest by: setting and monitoring the standards for dietetic practice [and] investigating complaints and directing disciplinary action.

The Saskatchewan Dietitians Association is a regulatory body dedicated to protecting the public by: registering competent Registered Dietitians, setting standards of practice, codes of conduct and a framework for continuing competence, [and] investigating and acting on complaints in a fair, just and defined manner; in a spirit of mutual respect, honest and collaboration.
