The Second Language Scholarship Program is a positive measure to help eliminate barriers to career advancement in designated employment equity groups including persons with disabilities. The program offers a limited number of scholarships for full-time individual language training. The aim is for the participating employee to progress in their second language from level B to level C in oral interaction, and in doing so, prepare them to potentially obtain an executive-level position.
