L'agencement en "T" convient aux réunions de commissions et à toute autre forme de réunion à participation restreinte, en permettant une atmosphère d'intime collaboration.

OBS

Comme il faut au moins deux tables rectangulaires pour obtenir une configuration en T (cf. Q1855, 1980, p. 101), il semble plus logique de recourir à la forme plurielle "tables en T" pour rendre l'expression anglaise "T-shaped arrangement". Toutefois, le singulier peut également s'employer pour désigner l'ensemble ainsi formé par plusieurs tables.
