An enterostomal therapy nurse (ETN) is a registered nurse with advanced and specialized knowledge and clinical skills in wound, ostomy and continence care. Before using the title enterostomal therapy (ET) nurse in Canada, a nurse must be a graduate of an accredited ETNEP [Enterostomal Therapy Nurse Education Program] offering theory and practice in wound, ostomy and continence management. ...
