Westside Lands. This area is identified in the Staging of Residential Development Map (Schedule 3) as possessing the Priority Development Area for residential growth, and also one of the major future development areas which is not expected to develop until far beyond the lifetime of this Plan. The Priority Development Area is so designated because of both the existing municipal servicing, its proximity to existing subdivisions, and the proposed cross-river link to the town centre. This area is effectively the City's residential "land bank", and its capacity long exceeds the lifetime of this Plan. 3, record 1, English, - preferential%20urbanisation%20area
