During the Train to Train stage(females 11-15, males 12-16), young athletes need to build an aerobic base and consolidate their sport-specific skills. Towards the end of the stage, they need to focus on strength and the anaerobic alactic energy system. Increased training hours are needed at this stage to develop each athlete's long-term potential. The ages that define the Train to Train stage are based on the approximate onset and end of the adolescent growth spurt. This period is generally defined as ages 11 to 15 years for females and 12 to 16 years for males. At this stage, athletes are ready to consolidate their basic sport-specific skills and tactics. It is also a major fitness development stage. The Train to Train stage makes or breaks the athlete. Athletes may exhibit special talent, play to win, and do their best, but they still need to allocate more time to training skills and physical capacities than competing in formal settings. 1, record 2, English, - Train%20to%20Train

3, record 2, French, - S%27entra%C3%AEner%20%C3%A0%20s%27entra%C3%AEner

Mediterranean mustard is an erect, canescent, biennial or perennial growing to some 3’ tall. The stems are branched both from the base and above, and are covered with fine gray-white hairs. The leaves are alternate with the basal ones being from 1-1/4" to 4" long in a rosette, lyrate-pinnatifid with a large terminal lobe and several pairs of somewhat separated smaller leaflets or lobes, and the upper cauline leaves reduced, sessile, dentate to lobed, and not clasping the stem. The flowers are in many terminal racemes and are similar to most of the mustards we have in Southern California, with four sepals, four light yellow petals about 3/16" long, and six stamens, four long and two short. 3, record 3, English, - hoary%20mustard
