Cupping is one of the coffee tasting techniques used by cuppers to evaluate coffee aroma and the flavor profile of a coffee.... In a coffee cupping session, the table is usually set up with 6 to 10 cups per coffee. These are fashioned in a triangular manner. At the top of this triangle you should place a sample of the roasted coffee and a sample of the green coffee. In the center of the table place a cup of room temperature water and an empty cup containing the cupping spoons. Cover both the green sample and roasted sample until the cupping session is over and the coffee aroma, fragrance, and flavor profile have been documented. After this time, the coffee samples could be uncovered and additional comments can be written based on appearance. This method will help reduce the common "eye cupping" technique. 2, record 12, English, - coffee%20cupping

Positioned in between the spectrum of canned and dry food, the semi moist food has a moisture content of approximately 35%. Additional water will need to be supplied to your cat. It is sold in sealed packages and resembles dry food pellets. It is not as widely available as dry or canned food. Once opened, it can remain in your cat's dish for free-choice feeding but over time, it will dehydrate. Once the food is dried out, nutritional value is lost and cats usually won’t eat it because the appealing aroma is gone. Price-wise, it falls in between canned and dry food. 2, record 63, English, - semi%2Dmoist%20food

Raw, reconstituted celery by itself doesn’t have the crispness of fresh celery. However, in cooked dishes such as stews, soups and poultry stuffing, dehydrated celery's flavor and aroma comes through loud and clear, every bit as good as if you were using fresh celery. You can feel comfortable in using dehydrated celery in any cooked recipe that calls for fresh celery. And it saves time. Instead of having to wash and cut fresh celery, you can simply toss a small handful of dehydrated celery right into the makings of most dishes. 1, record 87, English, - dehydrated%20celery

1, record 91, French, - Br%C3%BChwurst

Briefly, in the mashing process, coarse-ground malt and adjunct are mashed to extract a maximum amount of solubilized material. The mash is then "lautered" i. e., filtered through a bed of its own insolube material, primarily barley hulls. The filtrate or liquid extract, known as "wort", is then boiled and hops are added for aroma and flavour. 2, record 97, French, - malt%20color%C3%A9

The cheese probably derives its name from the unusual shape as it resembles a dolphin or fish. It is made with a Maroilles cheese flavored with parsley, tarragon and pepper. The pâte is very soft and slightly sticky. This cheese has a spicy flavor with a yeasty aroma. It ripens in two to four months and has a fat content of 45 per cent. 1, record 98, English, - Dauphin

2, record 98, French, - Dauphin
