[Articulated bellows] are fairly long pieces of pipe provided with flexible corrugations and with flanges at either end. The flanges are interconnected by means of a pair of long hinged rods which permit the assembly to flex sideways while keeping the flanges parallel to one another. Such units, in conjunction with hinged bellows pieces can absorb complicated expansion movements such as occur where a pipeline passes down a steep hillside. 1, record 1, English, - articulated%20bellows

1, record 1, French, - soufflet%20articul%C3%A9
