Undetectable=Untransmittable(U=U) is a message used in HIV [human immunodeficiency virus] campaigns. It means that if someone has an undetectable viral load, they cannot sexually transmit HIV to others.... U=U is supported by numerous health groups and organisations worldwide, including the World Health Organization(WHO).... U=U is also used as an HIV prevention strategy : if someone is undetectable, they can not pass it further and hence, prevents the virus from spreading. 4, record 1, English, - Undetectable%20%3D%20Untransmittable

Thanks to the advances in HIV [human immunodeficiency virus] science over the last four decades, people living with HIV who are on medication and maintain an undetectable amount of virus in their blood can lead a long, healthy life without the fear of passing HIV to their sexual partner. The following reasons have been suggested : the firm met difficulties in finding suitable candidates; the firm exaggerated its need for new workers; the general economic situation changed; the economic situation of the firm worsened[, ] and there was a reduction of the annual budget for hiring new workers; and job vacancies were filled by means of reorganization using internal employees. Ranchers... use salt to coax cattle into less heavily grazed areas, in a manner similar to their use of stock ponds. In this way salt is used to distribute livestock more evenly over an allotment and thus to more fully exploit the range. In some cases this may, as claimed, lessen overgrazing in certain areas. More often, greater herbage utilization through salting simply means that a rancher spreads his livestock(sometimes more livestock) over more of the allotment, thereby further spreading livestock impacts. 2, record 5, English, - herbage%20utilization

Formerly, if there was a scintilla of evidence to support the issues, the judge was bound to leave it to the jury; but now, in every case, it is for the judge to decide whether there is any evidence from which the jury can reasonably find for the party on whom the burden of proof rests. It there is no evidence or a mere scintilla, it is his duty to withdraw the case from the jury and enter judgment for the opposite party. And the test whether evidence only amounts to a scintilla is to assume it uncontradicted, and then inquire whether the jury would be justified in founding a verdict thereon. Scintilla of evidence has been defined as "any material evidence that if true would trend to establish the issue in the mind of a reasonable juror. "Other views are that a scintilla of evidence is no evidence or but a spark, gleam, or mere conjecture as distinguished from a reasonable inference. The expression "mere scintilla" of evidence means the least particle of evidence-evidence which, without further evidence, is a mere trifle. Actual notice has been defined as notice expressly and actually given, and brought home to the party directly. The term "actual notice", however, is generally given a wider meaning as embracing two classes, express and implied; the former includes all knowledge of a degree above that which depends upon collateral inference, or which imposes upon the party the further duty of inquiry; the latter imputes knowledge to the party because he is shown to be conscious of having the means of knowledge. In this sense actual notice is such notice as is positively proved to have been given to a party directly and personally, or such as he is presumed to have received personally because the evidence within his knowledge was sufficient to put him upon inquiry.(Black, 6th ed., 1990, pp. 1061-1062). 1, record 8, English, - actual%20notice

Two main types of sample splitter are in common use, known as calibrated lead devices, and dividing valves. Most of these are based upon the principle that the head of the capillary column constitutes only a small proportion of the total outlet from the sample injection block. As the carrier gas enters the block it carries a small amount of the sample into the capillary column while the remainder is vented away through a larger opening. This can be done by having the capillary column held at the axis of a circular hole in the injection block, or by having it forming a narrow arm of a T-or Y-piece at the column head. In either case the amount going into the capillary column can often be further regulated by means of a tapered needle control. 1, record 10, English, - sample%20splitter

A night time rainbow is sometimes called a moon bow because it is a reflection of the light of the moon. ... Any rainbow comes from light hitting drops of rain and going into the drop and being reflected off of the inside edge. As the light leaves the drop on it’s return journey the other side of the drop acts like a prism and separates it into the colors of the rainbow. ... with moon light it makes something shaped like a rainbow with just a hint color. Moon bows occur in the side of the sky opposite the moon. 2, record 13, English, - moonbow
Record number: 13, Textual support number: 1 OBS
Even though the optics of both is the same, the luminance of the lunar rainbow is much lower. As a result of the eye's reduced sensitivity to color at low light levels, the bow may exhibit little color. There are several reasons why the lunar rainbow is seen much less frequently than the solar bow. While the moon and sun spend equal time above the horizon, when they are both present, only a solar bow can be seen. This, by itself, means that the lunar rainbow could form only half as often. Further, the moon goes through phases, and so even at night may not contribute enough light to produce a discernible bow. Finally, the convective showers in which the rainbow is frequently seen are much less common at night. 6, record 13, English, - moonbow

A further use of gyroscopes is found in their employment as stabilizers, as on aircraft and ships, to keep inertial guidance systems steady despite the sometimes violent motions of the vehicles. These data assume the aircraft to be full of fuel at the initiation of combat. Again, one sees that the larger number of turns is achieved at speeds near the cruise speed; the airframe is efficient near cruise speed. The engines were specifically designed and chosen to match this point of airframe efficiency.
