Unlike a traditional stationary bike, air bikes are operated by both :foot pedals[;] handles that you push forward and pull back with your arms and shoulders[. ] Because of this two-prong motion, they require more core involvement to maintain balance when seated. Using an air bike over other stationary bikes can improve your posture and balance. On the beach the top of the wave breaks and mingles with the foot of the wave, both dashing forward with a force driven by the energy from the height and speed of the collapsing wave. The resulting rush of water is fast and strong and moves sand effortlessly up the beach. The water then comes to a rest as the sand particles settle out. The water then begins flowing back down the beach, first slowly and then faster until it dislodges cohesive sand grains. But the forcing power is much less than that of the on-rushing waves. The particles that settled at the top of the forward rush, stay because of the hysteresis(lagging behind) between erosion speed and settling speed... 3, record 23, English, - hysteresis

Canadian Football League East Division.... The East Division is one of the two regional divisions of the Canadian Football League. Although the CFL was not founded until 1958, the East Division and its clubs are descended from earlier leagues.... Pre-1907, predecessor of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, in 1968. This was followed by the formation of the Montreal Foot Ball Club in 1872, the Toronto Argonaut Football Club in 1873 and the Ottawa Football Club(the future Ottawa Rough Riders) in 1876.... In 1907, the Hamilton Tigers and Toronto Argonauts of the ORFU joined with the QRFU's Montreal Foot Ball Club and Ottawa Rough Riders(Ottawa had been moving back and forth between the two unions over the past few years) to form an elite competition, the Interprovincial Rugby Football Union [IRFU].... The IRFU changed its name to the Eastern Football Conference [EFC] in 1960.... In 1960, the CFL' s [Canadian Football League] two conferences agreed to a full merger and a full interlocking schedule. Although the EFC has carried on since that time as the CFL' s East Division, full authority is now vested within the CFL. 1, record 26, English, - Eastern%20Football%20Conference

The hitch-kick style emphasizes the action of the lead leg. It first drives forcefully upward and forward. As the take-off leg comes forward, also with great force, the lead leg drops back. Finally, as the take-off foot reaches its highest height, the lead leg is once again driven hard forward to its best position for landing. 2, record 37, English, - hitch%2Dkick

JUDO. A characteristic foot throw is de ashi harai [de-ashi-harai]. Tori first shifts uke's weight toward uke's left side. Using the bottom of his left foot, tori sweeps his opponent's right foot, putting opponent's weight entirely onto his left leg and without support on his right side. Tori sharply reverses direction of arm movement, wheeling opponent around and down in the direction of no support. Tori completes the throw by follow-through of arm and leg movements, pulling uke down as the swept foot is lifted, cross-body. A clean throw puts uke onto the mat on his back or side. 5, record 42, English, - de%2Dashi%2Dharai
