Designed for mechanization of handling operations at the drilling site. The rotary crane is installed on a special base near the rig. The main part is a stationary column with a tubular section which is mounted on the base hinge. The column is supported in vertical position by two tube braces. A cap is set on the upper part of the column using plain bearings. The ball on the upper part of the column accepts the vertical load. The cap is rotated at 1800 using the rotation mechanism placed on the column arm. The electric monorail moves alongside the jib of the cap.

The first rimfire cartridge patented in France in 1846 by Bernard Houllier and used in Flobert firearms for very close range indoor shooting. The first Flobert cartridge was made of a rimmed percussion cap loaded with a 6 mm lead ball and had no powder charge. The later. 22 BB Cap uses a very short, primed rimfire case loaded with a short round-nosed lead bullet or a lead ball and no powder charge.

Terme venant de l'abréviation de «Bulleted Breech Cap». La première cartouche à percussion annulaire, fut brevetée en France en 1846 par Bernard Houllier et utilisée dans les armes à feu Flobert pour le tir intérieur à très courte distance. La cartouche Flobert originale utilisait une capsule fulminante à bourrelet chargée d'une balle ronde de 6 mm en plomb, sans poudre. La .22 BB Cap subséquente utilise une très courte douille à percussion annulaire, amorcée et chargée d'une courte balle ogivale ou d'une balle sphérique en plomb, sans poudre.
