There is an extremely important design consideration when constructing and installing pull-outs in a cabinet behind doors. The European hinge, that is often used, has the ability to open in less than the space it requires for door overlap. In effect, the door mounted with these hinges opens in a space less than 5/8" which puts the edge of the door slightly inside the face frame opening. While this feature is extremely beneficial, particularly when two doors are close together, it means that a pull-out will rub or hit the door. To provent this, 1" by 2" cleats are installed on the interior of the carcass, and the drawer glides are mounted to the cleats. 3, record 10, English, - door%20overlap

Floating rate debentures have proved popular because of the protection they offer to investors during periods of very volatile interest rates. When interest rates are moving up, the interest paid on floating rate debentures is adjusted upwards every six months, with a resultant beneficial effect on the price and yield of the debentures. The disadvantage to these debentures is that when interest rates move down, the interest payable on them is adjusted downwards at six monthly intervals and hence their price and yield tends to move downwards faster than for most bonds. 2, record 14, English, - floating%20rate%20debenture

3, record 14, French, - d%C3%A9benture%20%C3%A0%20taux%20flottant

The Cholesterol Lowering Atherosclerosis Study, a randomized angiographic clinical trial, demonstrated the beneficial effect of niacin/colestipol plus diet therapy on coronary atherosclerosis. Outcome was determined by panel-based estimates(viewed in both still and cine modes) of percent stenosis severity and change in native artery and bypass graft lesions.(Cited in MEDLINE data base.) 2, record 15, English, - native%20artery

Testimony presented to the Sub-committee by representatives of the automobile industry disputed the need for reduced emissions of motor vehicle NOx. Their objections can be placed in three categories. First, the industry representatives argued that motor vehicle NOx emissions contribute little to acid rain and imposition of the one-gram standard will yield little beneficial effect. 1, record 16, English, - emission%20of%20motor%20vehicle%20NOx
