The Métis Nation of Ontario(MNO) brings Métis people together to celebrate and share their rich culture and heritage and to forward the aspirations of the Métis people in Ontario as a collective. Initially formed in 1994, after a founding delegates meeting that included Métis people from across the Province of Ontario the MNO focuses on nation building. This dynamic is what has allowed the MNO to realize its monumental successes in such a short period of time and is what has brought our people together to claim our inheritance within the province of Ontario. 2, record 1, English, - M%C3%A9tis%20Nation%20of%20Ontario

Effect of acceleration on class-closing. In the case of a gift to A for life with remainder to a class, if the life estate is revoked by codicil, the court construes the testamentary dispositions as a whole in order to determine whether the codicil has altered the date of distribution among the members of the class and thereby brought forward the time for class-closing.(Theobald on Wills, 14th ed., 1982, p. 779) 1, record 4, English, - class%2Dclosing

A running attack generally executed from beyond normal lunging distance. 5, record 5, English, - fl%C3%A8che
Record number: 5, Textual support number: 1 CONT
The flèche is a running attack executed in the following manner : 1. The arm is extended with opposition, the point directed at the target. 2. The weight is shifted from the left to the right leg, and the left foot is brought up to a position slightly in front of the right foot. 3. From this position, the arm and shoulder stretch out as far as they will go, the body inclines forward until it is almost off-balance, and the distance is closed with a rush, preventing the opponent from riposting. 5, record 5, English, - fl%C3%A8che

The "flèche" is an attack made by running, rather than a step or a lunge; the action is stopped when one fencer passes another. 6, record 5, English, - fl%C3%A8che

By definition, a "fleche" is a "running attack" or an attack with a flèche, or "flèche attack". These last expressions are thus explanations of "flèche" rather than synonyms. 6, record 5, English, - fl%C3%A8che

There's an old-fashioned position called "Walcher's Position" that was supposed to widen the pelvic inlet and allow borderline CPD [cephalopelvic] babies to engage. At the end of the J stroke, the paddle is kniffed forward underwater with the power face of the paddle almost flat and facing up. Steering is accomplished by pulling up on the blade as it is brought forward. About halfway through the recovery, the paddle is allowed to slip out of the water in readiness for the next power stroke. The trick is getting a very slight angle on the blade as it comes forward. If the angle is wrong the paddle will plane out of the water or drive too deep. The angle is controlled by the upper hand. 2, record 11, English, - Canadian%20stroke
