Victims of Violence Canadian Centre for Missing Children was founded in March of 1984 by families of abducted and murdered children. Victims of Violence is a national nonprofit, non-government funded charitable organization that was founded in 1984. We are dedicated to the prevention of crimes against children and in this respect to educating children on personal safety issues. We have a wide variety of child safety and educational materials available through our head office. Victims of Violence also helps victims of violent crime. We are equipped to deal with families and victims who are placed in the criminal justice system through no fault of their own.
