The Police Reporting and Occurrence System(PROS) is the replacement solution for the RCMP's aging occurrence and records management system. The mandate of the Victim/Witness Assistance Program(VWAP) is to provide information, assistance and support to victims and witnesses of crime throughout the criminal justice process in order to increase their understanding of, and participation in, the criminal justice process.
