764 is a decentralized transnational network of online nihilistic violent extremists, whose core beliefs are rooted in misanthropy(a hatred of humanity or the human race) and nihilism(the rejection of all religious, moral and social values, often accompanied by a belief that life is meaningless). 764 members engage in criminal conduct around the world, seeking to destroy civilized society through violence and chaos, not as a step towards a new "state" but rather as an end itself. 2, record 1, English, - 764

It is worth noting here that the criminal dynamics that characterize high levels of homicides and lower clearance rates in black neighborhoods are not race-based. Indeed, disadvantaged white neighborhoods of Boston have been known to exhibit similar patterns of violence and lack of cooperation with the police. For instance, the Charlestown, South Boston and North End neighborhoods of Boston were noted strongholds of Irish and Italian organized crime organizations during the 1960s through the 1980s that were characterized by repeated, unsolved killings by warring factions of the organizations. 2, record 4, English, - criminal%20dynamics

On behalf of the federal government and 15 partner departments, the Public Health Agency of Canada coordinates the Family Violence Initiative(FVI). With the long-term goal of reducing the occurrence of family violence in Canada. The FVI promotes public awareness of the risk factors of family violence and the need for public involvement in responding to it; strengthens the criminal justice, housing, and health systems to respond; and supports data collection, research and evaluation efforts to identify effective interventions. This initiative marks a new stage in federal efforts to reduce family violence. The issue of family violence has been integrated into ongoing programming in many government departments. We have learned that the best way to address family violence is to support a common vision and a coordinated approach. 2, record 10, English, - Family%20Violence%20Initiative
