Motion planning requires exploring the configuration space of a robot or agent in order to find a sequence of feasible actions that maneuver the robot or agent around obstacles to a goal. However, not all motion plans are equal. In optimal motion planning, the objective is to find the best solution that optimizes relevant criteria, such as a path of minimum length, greatest clearance from obstacles, or minimum control effort. 1, record 1, English, - optimal%20motion%20planning

1, record 1, Spanish, - planificaci%C3%B3n%20de%20movimientos%20%C3%B3ptimos

Criteria for Brain Death. The criteria for the determination of brain death were developed such that any physician in any milieu could confidently diagnose it. All criteria must be met before a diagnosis of brain death can be made : The patient must be unconscious. The patient must be unable to breathe spontaneously and would therefore be on a ventilator. There must be no response to external stimuli(verbal, pain). There must be no response(eye movement) to passive head movements or to ice water syringed into the ears. There must be no blinking in response to touching the cornea. There must be no pupil response to a bright light shone into the eyes. The patient must be unable to maintain blood pressure, control fluids and electrolytes or body temperature. 4, record 6, English, - criteria%20for%20brain%20death

Up to 1970, stream quality standards in the United States were largely the responsibility of individual states. The federal government became dominant in 1970 through passage of the National Environmental Policy Act which instituted the concept of environmental impact statements and established the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA). In 1972, the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments were passed which provided effluent limitation guidelines and authority to levy fines for noncompliance. This act stipulated a step-wise schedule for meeting conventional discharge criteria, the first target level by 1977 being equivalent to "best practical technology"(BPT), and the second target level by 1983 being equivalent to "best available technology economically achievable"(BAT). 4, record 8, English, - best%20available%20technology

4, record 18, French, - crit%C3%A8res%20de%20bruit
