Department of Human Resources Development Canada training program. Skills Shortages assists employers to meet their critical needs for qualified workers in designated occupational skills, particularly non-traditional occupations. Every effort is being made to increase the participation of women in these occupations. Programme de formation de Développement des ressources humaines Canada. Le programme Pénuries de main-d'œuvre aide les employeurs à combler leurs besoins essentiels de travailleurs possédant certaines compétences professionnelles bien précises. C'est dans les professions dites «non traditionnelles» que le programme aide principalement à trouver des travailleurs qualifiés. Tout est mis en œuvre pour accroître la participation des femmes dans ces professions.
