Anticipates timing, weaponry, tactics, vulnerabilities and organizations; producing and presents products such as criminal intelligence assessments and briefings, network analysis, and tactical, operational and strategic intelligence assessments related to critical infrastructure through research and evaluation of information from a variety of classified and open sources; engaging in national and international collaboration among police and security agencies and private/public sector critical infrastructure owners in relation to operationally based critical infrastructure matters; and providing training on the intelligence process as related to the Critical Infrastructure Intelligence Team(CIIT) and National Security Criminal Investigations(NSCI), analytical tools and methods or as a subject matter expert.

The World Business Academy was founded in 1987 as a result of discussions conducted by the Stanford Research Institute(SRI) International in Menlo Park, California USA. These discussions centered upon the role and responsibility of business in relation to today's critical moral, environmental and social dilemmas. A small group of senior business executives and academics emerged from these meetings. They created a research and education institution, the World Business Academy, to help the global business community understand and participate in the new constructive role of business in society.

An important concept for the design of diagnostic tests is that of a primitive subskill. This concept is also critical for curriculum construction, especially if the process is automated as in BIP. For a given domain the exact set of these subskills can be extremely difficult to define. Equipped with the tools of the BUGGY model, Burton(1982) suggests that a partition of the theory of bugs be used to define a primitive subskill as "any isolatable part of the skill that it is possible to mislearn"(p. 177). More formally, the set of all observable bugs is partitioned under the equivalence relation of giving wrong answers on the same problems, considering all possible problems. Then a primitive subskill is an equivalence class in this partition; in other words, it is a part of the skill that corresponds to bugs manifesting in exactly the same problems. In practice, one need only consider a finite number of problems.
