Program of the Canadian Bureau for International Education, organization located in Ottawa, Ontario, to improve the professional, technical, and cross-cultural skills of Canadians, to promote better linkages and contacts with developing countries, and to encourage long-term partnerships and cooperation. Awards are available on an annual basis to Canadian professionals for two-to six-month work/study projects in a developing country.
