A continent-size cloud of hot air and dust originating from the Sahara Desert crossed the Atlantic Ocean and headed towards Florida and the Caribbean.... These dust clouds are not uncommon, especially during the months of July and August. They start when weather patterns called tropical waves pick up dust from the desert in North Africa, carry it a couple of miles into the atmosphere and drift westward. 2, record 1, English, - dust%20cloud

Record number: 3, Textual support number: 1 CONT
It is not easy to escape liability by relying on inevitable accident. In Telfer v. Wright, the defendant blacked out while driving a car, crossed over the centre line and collided with the plaintiff. The court of Appeal, reversing the trial judge, rejected the defence of unavoidable accident since the defendant had suffered a dizzy spell several minutes before the accident, had stopped the car, but then started it up again. Six months earlier he had suffered similar symptoms. 4, record 3, English, - unavoidable%20accident

2, record 3, French, - accident%20in%C3%A9vitable
