Before the removal of a person whose refugee claim was not recognized by the IRB [Immigration and Refugee Board], a post-claim review is done by EIC [Employment and Immigration Canada]. If the review decision allows an application for landing in Canada, the removal order must first be carried out through the Buffalo Shuffle, which generally follows [these steps]. National headquarters advises the appropriate inland CIC [Canada Immigration Centre] of the decision. The individual is requested to come to the CIC, where the decision and procedures are explained. The shuffle is initiated at the convenience of the individual. The inland CIC sends a letter to the CIC at a border crossing to advise it that the entry of this individual is authorized. A letter is sent to the American immigration authorities advising them that the person will be readmitted into Canada through the issuance of a Minister's permit. An appointment is requested from the closest Canadian visa office in the United States with instructions to issue a Minister's permit. The individual reports to the visa office on the agreed appointment date, picks up the Minister's permit, and returns to Canada. The individual makes an appointment with an immigration officer at an inland CIC to begin the procedures to become a permanent resident. 1, record 4, English, - buffalo%20shuffle

1, record 4, French, - aller%2Dretour

On a peak-day basis, interstate pipe-line delivery capability into California is about 7 billion cubic feet per day while California's ability to absorb natural gas within the intrastate pipeline and distribution system("take-away" capability) appears to be less, as low pressures and the inability to meet some inter-ruptible gas load during peak periods indicate.... Although the physical capability of the delivery point at Ehrenberg, AZ, could permit an estimated 1, 410 MMcf/d to be delivered, the intrastate system can receive only 1, 210 MMcf/d. 13 The California Energy Commission estimated that the imbalance at the northern corridor crossing(Needles/Topock) is about 350 Mmcf/d. 14. These two estimates for the separate State border crossings combined indicate a potential shortfall in receipt capacity of 550 MMcf/d along the Arizona border. 3, record 5, English, - receipt%20capacity

The interstate capacity into California is approximately 7,435,000 Mcf/day³(an Mcf is roughly equal to an MMBtu) and the intrastate receipt capacity (takeaway capacity) is approximately 6,675,000 Mcf/day. 2, record 5, English, - receipt%20capacity

3, record 5, French, - capacit%C3%A9%20de%20r%C3%A9ception
