To perform the cable crossover, begin by grasping one cable, and then carefully walking across the machine to grasp the opposite cable. You should set yourself in the middle of the machine, and ensure that the cables are now meeting at the midline of your body, or with your hands together... To effectively isolate your pectorals(pec minor and upper fibers of pec major) you must set your upper body at an angle of approximately 70-90 degrees with the ground. Begin by allowing your arms to move out and lower the weight. Only lower the weight to a point where your upper arm is horizontal to the ground... The bonding methods include :(1) homofil bonding, in which all filaments are composed of a single polymer type, but some of the filaments have different melting characteristics. Bonding is achieved by a high-temperature calendering operation, accomplished by passing fabric between two hot rollers; and(2) heterofil bonding, in which some of the filaments comprise two types of polymers having different melting points(heterofilaments), while others have only one polymer(homofilaments). The heterofilaments have different softening characteristics from the homofilaments, and strong flexible bonds can therefore be formed at the heterofilament crossover points by controlled application of heat and pressure to fuse only the lower melting point polymer forming the sheat, while leaving the core and homofilaments unaffected. 1, record 4, English, - homofilament
