Mental fitness refers to the intentional practices and skills that help the mind function at its best. It's a proactive approach, more like physical training than physical health monitoring. Where mental health is a state of being, mental fitness is the deliberate strengthening of the mind. Mental fitness involves developing qualities such as resilience, focus, adaptability, emotional regulation, and cognitive flexibility. It's not about eliminating difficult emotions or striving for constant positivity. It equips people with the capacity to navigate challenges more effectively, recover from stress, and maintain clarity during pressure. Crucially, mental fitness is not the absence of mental illness. Someone managing depression, anxiety, or another condition can still practise mental fitness and benefit from it. 2, record 1, English, - mental%20fitness

3, record 1, French, - forme%20mentale

Surtitling(or supertitling) began rather slowly for opera in the West in the 1980s but by 2000 was standard practice in many opera houses because it is democratic and, crucially, now easy to accomplish. The translation of drama is a deeply complex enterprise but with surtitles a further burden is placed on the translator by the need for instant communication with the spectator. One of the most stringent criteria is length. At two lines of about forty characters for each title, space is at a premium, forcing the translator to look for a highly concise means of expression. 4, record 2, English, - supertitling

Shock/shock interaction flow field is mumerically simulated to calculate nonequilibrium heat flux distributions along a circular cylinder surface. In this simulation, the location at which a shock impinges the bow shock of a circular cylinder was varied to examine the effect of flow pattern on the heat flux at the body surface.... The results show that some types of interaction pattern with a supersonic jet can also be formed in nonequilibrium flow, and that the flowfield is crucially dependent on the impinging location of an incident oblique shock. Heat flux is calculated by changing impinging location of shock wave, because flow pattern is sensitive to those locations. 2, record 13, English, - shock%2Dshock%20interaction

Do not print in the glue flap. This is crucially important when gluing a U. The heterostructure laser. Heterostructures have been crucially important for the development of semiconductor lasers.... Alferov was the first to succeed in producing a lattice-adapted heterostructure(AIGaAs/GaAs, 1969) with clear borders between the layers. Alferov's research team succeeded in rapidly developing many types of components built up of heterostructures, including the injection laser which Alferov patented in 1963. A technological breakthrough occurred around 1970 when heterostructure lasers became able to work continuously at room temperatures. These properties have, for example, made fibre-optic communications practically possible. 2, record 18, English, - heterostructure
