Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
1, record 1, French, - ligation%20r%C3%A9p%C3%A9titive%20d%27oligonucl%C3%A9otides

Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
1, record 1, Spanish, - reacci%C3%B3n%20en%20cadena%20de%20la%20ligasa

PCR methods can be expensive, time-consuming and tedious. The ligase detection reaction(LDR) can be used as an alternative to PCR. In this method, homologous DNA sequences, which may differ by a single nucleotide, can be distinguished. These DNA sequences provide the templates to which oligonucleotides probes anneal. 1, record 4, English, - ligase%20detection%20reaction
