A candidate for the degree of Doctor of Juridical Science(S. J. D.) must be a Master of Laws of this or some other recognized university or possess equivalent qualifications. He or she must be in full-time attendance at the Faculty of Law for at least one academic year and must satisfy the Faculty of Law by advanced study in such field or fields of law as the Faculty shall determine.
